Picking up the phone or walking into the counseling center can feel daunting. If you need another way to connect, try our web-based Interactive Screening Program (ISP) to connect with a clinician anonymously.

Click this link to get started.

What to expect

  • You will create a username and password to login.
  • You will be invited to complete an anonymous screening questionnaire that focuses on common symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, as well as other useful information, such as whether you are currently in treatment. There is also space to write more about your concerns and ask questions.
  • A counselor or psychiatrist will review your answers and send you a personalized response. You can continue communicating anonymously via the ISP web portal, or if you prefer, you can move from there to a face-to-face appointment.

The ISP is offered in partnership with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP).
